Headout HQ: Turning Our Office into a Living, Breathing Experience
How do we make this space truly ours? What if it was more than an office? That’s when it hit us—Museums! Their magic lies in pulling you in, telling a story, and leaving you inspired.

While deep in the planning of our new office space—brainstorming layouts, colors, and themes—we asked ourselves: How do we make this space truly ours? What if we designed our workspace to be more than just an office? That’s when it hit us—Museums! You know how museums have that magical way of pulling you in, guiding you through a story, and leaving you feeling inspired?
A museum isn’t just a place filled with objects; it’s an immersive experience where every exhibit is carefully curated to evoke curiosity and spark inspiration. And that got us thinking—at Headout, we curate unforgettable experiences, from hot air balloon rides to guiding you through cultural Landmarks. So, why not create an experience within our own space? One that reflects who we are and what we do. Just as a museum takes visitors on a meaningful journey, we wanted our office to tell the story of Headout—showcasing what drives us, how we operate, and immersing everyone who walks through our doors in the essence of our brand.
Curating the Office Journey
Just like how a museum curates its exhibits with care and purpose, we wanted to curate each space in our office as its own exhibit that tells our story. Each room, corner, and wall would serve a distinct purpose, becoming a self-contained capsule of experience. Whether it’s the vibrance of the pantry, the city-inspired meeting rooms, or the gallery-style reception, every space would embody a unique aspect of who we are and what we do. The result? A series of interconnected exhibits, each with its own narrative, coming together to reflect the essence of Headout—inviting everyone who enters to explore, discover, and be inspired. So, let’s begin our tour!
Hall of Origins
Enter the reception: Inspired by the dramatic transitions of Baroque architecture, it starts dark and moody, with spotlights illuminating exhibits that answer, "Why do experiences matter? And why do we do it" Right there, as soon as you enter, you’re in the story. Key framed artifacts line the walls, arranged in a striking gallery wall style that draws the eye and invites exploration. Each artifact is showcased in elegant frames, including the oldest theater show poster, symbolizing the rich history of experiences, alongside milestones that define our journey. Across the wall is a wooden 3D illuminated world map with pins marking our global presence, each pin representing an adventure, a place we’ve touched, and a new experience we've made possible.

And this mini space in the midst of busy meeting rooms and phone booths - is a quaint seating area in the corner of our office. Behind that on the wall is a mini history of our logomark—the blimp—highlighting its evolution and some of the most iconic blimps in history.
Gallery of Us
Next up, we dive into the heart of what makes Headout tick—our people. Think of these walls as the "Gallery of Us." Just like museums showcase collections of art, we’ve framed pieces that represent our culture, our team, and even the people who take our experiences. We’ve got evolving spaces where canvases and artwork—sometimes created by our own team—take center stage. And, just like in a museum, each piece comes with its own little plaque, sharing the story or concept behind it.

Humans of Headout - we were inspired by the intricate patterns of Gaudi’s tiles to create this artwork as it serves as the perfect canvas for everyone to leave their mark. Its simple, easy-to-paint pattern makes it effortless for anyone to join in, using a curated palette of colors. The result? A visually cohesive, vibrant artwork that’s a reflection of the collective spirit at Headout.

This long wall serves as our memory wall and was inspired by the idea of having a scrapbook that celebrates our people. So we decided to make our very own large scale version of it with wooden boards across the wall to hold polaroids of cherished experiences—each one telling a story. It’s a living, evolving gallery that grows with us. To keep it alive and dynamic, we introduce new themes every quarter, celebrating both the people of Headout and those who head out with us.
Pockets of Discovery

For us, coffee breaks are about more than just refueling—they’re mini escapes. So, we transformed our pantry wall into a gastronomic tour of the world. Each food experience on the wall reflects our product cards, but we decided to elevate them. Drawing inspiration from museum gallery walls, we reimagined each product image as artwork, displayed on a 3D canvas. The result? A gallery of global flavours that turns casual coffee chats into flavour-packed journeys.

In true Headout style, our breakout area captures the laid-back, creative spirit of Bangalore. This space was born out of an idea to recreate the essence of Bangalore. Picture this: board games scattered about, cozy floor seating inviting you to sink in, and a vibrant series of water colour artworks "Swinging 70s" by Paul Fernandes lining the walls. It is like a time machine, whisking you back to the 70s through illustrations that capture the charming allure and architectural beauty of old Bangalore. These lively scenes showcase the city’s buzz and its iconic landmarks during a decade brimming with cultural shifts and historical significance.
Capsules of Inspiration
At Headout, we believe every destination has a story—and every meeting room does too. Each space is designed as a unique capsule, featuring city-themed decor, art, and paint colors that whisk you away to different corners of the globe. Imagine this: one moment you're brainstorming strategies in a room inspired by the vibrant streets of Rome, and the next, you're sealing the deal in a Parisian-inspired space, enveloped in soft, elegant hues. Just like the experiences we curate, these rooms are more than just functional—they’re transformative.

Inspired by the triptych panels found in classical museums, we reimagined the artworks in our city-themed meeting rooms as dynamic, three-part compositions. Each panel showcases a curated blend of experiences from that city, coming together to tell a story.

And finally, we arrive at our very own reading area, where a wall serves as an archive of old-school travel guide covers lined up like treasured artifacts in a historic exhibit. Each piece is a travel guide cover from the earliest issues of publications like Lonely Planet, Frommer’s Guide, etc offering a glimpse into the past while inspiring future adventures. These aren’t just posters; they’re relics of exploration, designed to ignite that spark of wanderlust in everyone who passes through.
At the heart of our entire office space lies our interactive hub: the Town Hall. Featuring a large digital screen wall and open seating, this area is designed for engaging conversations and important announcements. We wanted this space to be inviting, dynamic and full of energy. The screen acts as a live exhibit, showcasing what we do every day—our unique experiences. Plus, it can transform to fit the theme of each event, allowing the space to adapt and evolve according to our needs.
We didn’t just want an office—we craved an experience. By transforming our workspace into a living, breathing museum, we’ve crafted a place that continually reminds us why we do what we do. It’s a space that sparks exploration, collaboration, and creativity. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite in our “food tour” pantry or brainstorming your next big idea in a city-themed meeting room, every corner is designed to ignite inspiration and discovery.
Final Boarding Call: Your Next Journey Starts Here
So, the next time you visit, don’t just think of it as another office. Think of it as your next adventure—where creativity, inspiration, and a sense of wanderlust are always just around the corner. Who knows? You might just leave feeling ready to embark on your next great journey—whether that’s around the globe or across the meeting room.
